Arfan Rashid is the founder and Managing Director of Rashid Law. He is a Solicitor with over 15 years’ experience. He completed his undergraduate honours and postgraduate diploma in legal practice whilst working full time for a law firm.
Arfan has been an accredited Senior Immigration Caseworker since 2010. He is also accredited as an immigration supervisor. He has a vast wealth of knowledge and skills. Arfan has been involved in a number of high-profile cases in different areas of immigration. He is particularly skilled at bail and detention matters, having personally dealt with over 700 bail and detention matters.
